Return & Refund Policy – Gigi K Books

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through gigikbooks.com (our Payhip storefront). If you purchased a book through another retailer (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.), please refer to that platform’s return policy.

Digital Products (eBooks, downloads, extras):

All sales of digital products are final.

Because these are instant-access files, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is complete.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at info@gigikbooks.com and we’ll make sure you get your files.

Physical Books (paperbacks, hardcovers):

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if your book arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Signed Copies

Signed and/or personalized books are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or fulfillment errors.

If your signed copy arrives damaged, please contact info@gigikbooks.com
within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
